Embarrassing typo on the air

An embarrassing typographical error was broadcast on television by an Indiana TV station during a news segment about declining academic standards in schools, perhaps to set a poor example or to make a point. News anchor Maureen McFadden noticed the error right away and tried to go on, but it was too late! WNDU in South Bend, Indiana, began their report with a graphic that said, “School is Easy for Kids.” Obviously, the word they were looking for was “too.” A screenshot of the tragic mistake had already been taken, and it rapidly became popular online. These days, we can be certain that WNDU double-checks every graphic and script they produce!
