Found Dead: Two People

For those who are unaware, live news graphics are typically constructed on the spot, which leaves lots of possibility for human error. This reporter was documenting a tragic and horrific story when her depressing report was accompanied by a graphic error. It appears that the two deceased individuals were also discovered to be deceased. However, to be fair to the graphic designer who created this image, some individuals are discovered to be living and go on to pass away later. Fortunately, the helpful reporter didn’t notice the blunder and continued with the program as if nothing had happened. Good work!
