Perhaps the birds heard his disrespectful comment about them being an infestation and unwelcome, since they were really not happy. But when the reporter turned to look up at the tree, he was met with some flailing faces right in the mouth. Back in the studio, the reporter’s shouts could be heard! To be honest, it’s possible that this news gaffe was a fabrication.
