Over the years, KTLA has dealt with quite a few uneasy drop-ins. When Wendy Burch was reporting on Los Angeles’ recent bid to host the Olympics, for instance, a man made the unnerving decision to approach her from behind and stand uncomfortably close. Believe it or not, Burch was completely unaware of what was going on behind her back! The Flip Side/YouTube Burch turned around at last and shouted in terror. The weird man fled after she did, never to be seen again. Thankfully, Burch was unharmed and even found the situation funny. Truly, however, dude? No way!
