You undoubtedly anticipated that many local news anchors would make a few mistakes, but CNN’s Don Lemon? Most likely not. However, Lemon made the choice to abandon professionalism, let loose, and have some fun while covering the network’s 2017 New Year’s Eve programming. A little too much fun, as most people would say. CNN Lemon concluded that drinking would be more enjoyable than performing his job. The tequila is actually emitting from your pores, Brooke Baldwin, Lemon’s co-host, said to him at one point. After that, viewers had to go through an extremely unpleasant discussion on whether Lemon should have a nipple or an ear piercing. Lemon managed to keep his job, largely because of an apology the next day.
