Freudian Error

Only a select few individuals hear most of us when we make humiliating word mistakes. Susannah Collins, a reporter for the Chicago Blackhawks, was unfortunate because millions of people heard her “Freudian slip” during the pregame program of the NHL team’s first playoff game. Apparently, the anchor misspoke when she said that the squad had experienced “a tremendous amount of sex” during the regular season and meant to say “success.” Susanna Collins/Twitter, UltraXryder/YouTube Collins made an effort to correct her error as soon as she could, but the gaffe rapidly gained attention. Thankfully, the anchor had a fantastic sense of humor about the situation and afterwards commented on Twitter. I appreciate you folks laughing with me at my “tremendous” slip. Who wouldn’t enjoy a nice laugh now and then? “Whopps!”, she penned.
