2. Use headphones when flying.
Even though they are always contained in a tiny plastic bag, the headphones you receive on aeroplanes are not brand new. Used headphones are cleaned and repacked in between flights. However, properly cleaning headphones is challenging. They are not as sanitary and safe as a brand-new set, even after treatment. Therefore, using your own headphones is preferable.
