5. If you get motion sickness, sit at the back.


Everyone is aware of the general rule: never sit in the back seat if you are motion-impaired. On a plane, this rule is also applicable. It is preferable to select seats near the wings or at the front to minimise uncomfortable sensations. It’s a good idea to take care of your diet the day before the trip by avoiding fried or fatty foods and alcohol.
