Your blood circulation slows down while you’re flying, and sitting still while travelling raises your risk of thrombosis. To stop this, adhere to these basic guidelines:Take a few quick laps around the cabin after standing up. Wear loose-fitting clothing to avoid restricting your movement. Take off your shoes before takeoff. Bring compression socks or tights in case you have issues with blood circulation. Exercise every now and then. Simply lifting and lowering your toes and heels is sufficient.
