6. The Beagle Is Almost Always in a Good Mood

If you know Beagles, you will be well familiar with their cheerful nature. Nearly always in a cheerful mood, these charming canines exude happiness and energy wherever they go. Their happy attitude is contagious, and they will probably make everyone smile—sometimes even by means of mischievous activity. Beagles remain the most common hound dog in the states, hence this playful aspect has not discouraged Americans from adopting them. From lengthy walks to fetch in the backyard or at the park, they do need a lot of activity even if they are full of love and fun. Their natural curiosity often drives them to investigate every nook and corner, which could have you chasing them following fascinating smells. But their happy attitude and lighthearted antics will more than cover the chase; every trip will become an adventure full of laughter and delight. Beagles do best in a family setting where they may share their happiness and get lots of attention and exercise.
