7. Supercavitation Drive Technology

By building a bubble of gas surrounding the submarine, supercavitation technology drastically lowers water resistance and lets hitherto unheard-of underwater speeds. Overcoming earlier constraints, advanced systems can now sustain steady cavitation at different depths and speeds. To preserve the gas envelope and guarantee directional stability, the technology includes highly developed control systems and especially crafted hull forms. Though great difficulties in maintaining stealth during high-speed operation, recent developments in bubble creation and control have made this technology more feasible for military uses.
