The Maveric Small Unmanned Aerial Vehicle offers a novel method of stealth drone architecture. This bird-mimicking drone is the best example of biomimetric engineering since its unusual flexible wing design spans barely 2.5 feet across when flown. Just over 2.4 pounds, its innovative composite materials successfully absorb radar radiation on their outside surface. Highly portable because of its unique wing design, the drone can be carried in a 6-inch diameter tube.
