Where: United States.
“3, 16, 16, 24, and 28” were the winning lotto numbers for this drawing held on May 27, 2017. The numbers of this man were “2, 7, 15, 23, and 27.” He was off by just one, plus or minus, on each number, as you can see.

That must be painful. Regarding the lottery, there are two schools of thought. Some people are adamant that they have a chance to win at least a few hundred dollars, while others believe it is a complete waste of time.
