Nuts

Nuts are abundant in zinc, vitamin E, and omega-3 fatty acids, just like fish is. They also include additional vitamins and minerals that help keep your skin healthy and radiant, such as vitamin C, selenium, and many B-group vitamins, including folate, which prevents dermatitis and is an excellent antioxidant for the skin. Walnuts are particularly healthy, with almond and cashew nuts coming in second and third.
