What Happened: Peppermint cookies melted a bit too much
This holiday baking fail still looks edible, which is more than we can say for a lot of the cooking and baking fails gracing this list. Still, these cookies (perhaps they are supposed to be gingerbread men, minus the ginger) look rough.

They look like the bodies from a show like CSI. The peppermint must have leaked out, causing this hilarious photo. Still, we couldn’t call this a batch wasted—it’s just one that’s not too photogenic is all.
