The leader in the business, DJI Drones, is supporting the SkyPixel Aerial Photography contest. The DJI Mavic Mini is a good drone for this kind of shooting; it costs $399 at B&H Photo-Video-Audio. Despite being one of the less expensive DJI drones, this one is just as practical and of excellent quality. It would do a decent job of catching a moving picture like this one.
