The sister casino resort of The Venetian Las Vegas serves as the blueprint for The Macao. The Venetian Macao is the biggest single-structure hotel on the Asian continent and the second-largest casino on the planet.

The Macao is separated into four gaming zones: Phoenix, Red Dragon, Imperial House, and Golden Fish. The gaming areas of the casino total 546,000 square feet. The Cotai, a four-level sports arena in Macao, is also home to events including award ceremonies and competitions.
