One of the priciest residential structures in the world is 432 Park Avenue. The skyscraper is situated in Manhattan, New York City, at the intersection of Park Avenue and 57th Street. It has a view of Central Park. Rafael Vinoly designed the 1,400-foot-tall tower, which was constructed by Harry B. Macklowe and CIM Group. The construction cost came to just over $1 billion in total.

Residents of the opulent property include businessman Lewis Sanders and Saudi billionaire Fawaz Alhokair. In 2016, Alkohair paid $88 million for the building’s top-floor apartment. The typical unit in this upscale community is somewhat less than $17 million for everyone else.
