1. How could this be?

Estimated price for a fresh pot: $25–$50*
What took place on the burner was a pot melting.
How even does anything like this occur? We’re amazed that this person melted their beloved pot, as stated in the post. The pot melted for some reason, even though the poster has undoubtedly used it before without any issues.
How is this even possible?
Maybe the pot was never meant to be used on a stove, and all the heat simply wore it down. The poster will now likely need to get a new stovetop because it is difficult for anyone to remove molten metal from anything.
2. Tangle-Up Beater

Estimated Cost: $25–$80 for new beaters What transpired was that the beaters became entangled in some way.
This person, who considered baking brownies to be a difficult task, was shocked to see that the beaters she was using to stir the batter had become twisted. As you can see, the baking process ended when they were knotted up.

It appears that these inexpensive beaters were unable to handle one more batch. To get your money’s worth out of a new beater, Consumer Reports suggests brands like Breville, Cuisinart, Dualit, and KitchenAid.
