One mother was “gutted,” according to the UK news site Metro, after she bought a Christmas tree to adorn her house and discovered that it didn’t look anything like it did on the package. The $23 package had a whole Christmas tree; however, the tree that was inside the box was rather sparse.

The rare tree was bought by Zoe McAllister from Oxfordshire’s Argos. She admitted that the tree didn’t turn out as well as she had hoped, but she did have to giggle “for fifteen minutes.” McAllister replied that “that weekend” she would have to go get a new tree.
