It’s hit or miss with eBay, and this one is absolutely a miss. Since this was a “big case” at the time, a commentator brought up the possibility that there was disagreement over who was at fault. Since the buyer paid $750 for an Xbox One and received a piece of paper with an Xbox One printed on it, most of us probably agree with him.
