How on earth did this come to pass? We find ourselves wondering that as we view this impossibly beautiful picture. This picture is kind of cool, but it’s hard to tell if it was taken at the ideal moment or not. This photo, which was taken following a natural disaster—possibly a tornado—shows a plank of wood severing a tree in half.

The tree is amazingly still standing despite this strange incident, leaving it scarred for eternity. Tornadoes, for example, have the power to either completely destroy neighbourhoods or gently pick up objects and drop them miles away. Natural disasters can have bizarre effects.
