Not only does aspirin relieve pain in humans, but it also has some advantages for some plants. Both plants and mammals contain salicylic acid, which, like that of the latter, aids in the resistance of illness and stress in the former.

Prepare Water for Aspirin.
Salicylic acid functions similarly to commercially available anti-pest and anti-infection supplements by aiding plants in their defense against bacterial infections and insect infestation. Use one crushed tablet of aspirin per gallon of water to dilute it, then use this nutritious mixture to water your plants.
