For decades now, drones have grown in popularity, particularly for investigating places that are difficult for humans to get to. The Japanese Aerospace Exploration Agency unveiled its little robotic ball back in 2017. Astronauts may hang out in zero gravity with the JEM Internal Ball.

In this manner, they can take images and converse with Earth. The Int-Ball’s creators hoped that by relieving the astronauts of the burden of capturing their own films and pictures, it would give them more time. Although the drone’s exact cost is unknown, it would have been expensive.
