On one of their trips to the Vatican, Pope Francis first met the late Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. It was there that he presented them with a gift for their great-grandson, Prince George. Pope Francis gave Prince George a lapis lazuli orb, according to the SCMP.

“Bears the cross of Edward the Confessor, an eleventh-century king who was venerated as a saint,” according to SCMP, is the gift. The Associated Press reports that Queen Elizabeth made a joke when accepting the gift for her great-grandson, saying, “George will be thrilled by that when he’s a little older.”
