This unique artefact features holes for cups along with gridded patterns that might indicate fields. It was only one of numerous artefacts discovered at the Qumayrah site that provided insight into the way of life around 2,000 B.C. Because it was formerly a busy trading route connecting several Arabic cities, the region has produced a wealth of archaeological finds. Thousands of years ago, a large population lived there, leaving behind habitation remnants for us to discover.
