11.Cù Lao Chàm Shipwreck

The largest shipwreck that archaeologists have found in Vietnamese waters is thought to be the Cù Lao Chàm Shipwreck. Between 1997 and 2000, more than 250,000 objects were removed from the site during the excavation of this shipwreck from the fifteenth century.

The discovery of vital ceramic items and human bones was one of the most important finds from this accident. These ceramics’ designs bring to mind the distinctive qualities of Vietnamese ceramics, which were distinct from Chinese ceramics produced at the same period.
