Its trailer units are all adaptable to different applications. The Swedish Defense Administration took several years to approve the Bandvagn 206 for military usage, even though development on the vehicle began in the 1970s. It is prepared for both combat and medical situations thanks to its ambulance version, the 206A, which has a rear compartment that can hold stretchers. Because of its low ground pressure, the 206 is capable of handling a wide range of challenging situations.
