Constructed in the shape of a cone, the gigantic edifice measured 39 feet in height and 230 feet in width, which confounded scientists. This enormous underwater cone was thought to weigh up to 60,000 tons. Given its resemblance to other surrounding burial sites, the edifice may be ceremonial in nature. Nevertheless, investigation is challenging due to its deep underwater location, even though scientists have calculated that the cone is 6,000 years old.
