5. Benedikt Opus 50, $750,000
In celebration of the brand’s 85th anniversary, Bösendorfer, one of the world’s oldest piano makers, has unveiled a concert grand piano. This is the 50,000th item made. The model 225 has walnut, pear, and French maple veneer behind the engine. Hand-applied 24-carat gold embellishments are used.
