5. TACTICOS Combat Management System

Comprising many sensors and weapons into a single fire control solution, TACTICOS is a complete battle management system. This Dutch-developed system generates a coherent tactical picture from several sensor inputs by use of powerful data fusion algorithms. Its computerized weapon assignment and threat evaluation powers quick reaction to newly developing hazards. While preserving great situational awareness, the system’s simple interface lowers operator effort. Highly flexible to meet multiple platform needs and operational circumstances, TACTICOS’s open architectural design facilitates integration with several weapon systems and sensors.
6. AN/MPQ-64 Sentinel

In air defense fire control technologies, the Sentinel radar system marks a major development. This 3D radar system detects and tracks fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters, and unmanned aerial vehicles, therefore providing exact target data for short-range air defense weaponry. Its low false alarm rate and excellent signal processing help it to run efficiently in settings of electronic warfare. Rapid scan rates and automatic target categorization tools of the system give commanders vital decision-making time in challenging terrain. Recent enhancements have improved its capacity to track and identify small drones and other new airborne hazards.
