The Rooivalk and the Atlas Oryx, a transport helicopter that is based on the Aerospatiale SA 330 Puma, are closely connected to each other.

A type of attack helicopter is the Rooivalk. The Rooivalk, known as AH-2, can function in the severe African climate for extended periods of time without the need for advanced assistance.
