Hide Your Dog’s Medicine in Strong-Smelling Food
Although this seems like a fairly clear tip—it’s sort of the first lesson in Dog Handling 101—it’s shocking how many dog owners either overlook or forget about when they have to give their dog its medication. When the bad taste of the medicine can be masked by flavourful and strong-smelling food, like moist food, mixing medication in with food works well. Basically, this will cover the medication while your dog chews or swallows it.
