This is what was given to an employee of the restaurant when she asked her kitchen colleague for a small amount of mango salsa. It begs the question of whether this is a workplace practical joke or if there’s a backstory. Maybe a little rivalry at work, maybe a personal grudge.

It’s safe to assume—or hope—that the employee who poured this (literally) meager amount of salsa into an excessively large takeout container was kidding. A follow-up photo showing them holding the “real” piece and laughing as they emerged from the kitchen must have been taken.
