11. That’s No Guard Dog, That’s A Guard Bear!
Given its great inaccuracy, this sign ought to be taken down. That’s a fully grown polar bear patrolling the grounds, not any guard dog. The idea of being mauled by a vicious canine the size of a T-Rex really is rather scary. We would most definitely avoid that building lest the dog somehow tore through the fence and straight-forward murdered us. Given that this dog is a strong defender, its sheer enormity and presence inspire respect and awe. But given the degree of a nice guy this dog is, that most likely wouldn’t occur. Indeed, he would never act so violently and obscenely. He is quite friendly. Although this gentle giant may seem frightening, behind that rough façade is a heart full of love and loyalty. This lovely paradox tells us not to judge a book by its cover since occasionally the most loving friends are the most ferocious-looking animals.
