4. RM-70 – Czech Republic

Producer: Raketomet
Main Users: Army of Czechoslovakia
Expense: $2,000.*
Czechoslovakia is the birthplace of the self-propelled multiple rocket launcher known as the RM-70. A heavier version of the BM-21 Grad, the RM-70 outperforms the earlier rocket system, which was first launched in the early 1970s.

The Czech Army found the RM-70, which has been in service since the 1970s, innovative since it could hold forty more 120mm rockets. The RM-70 can fire both singles and volleys of rocket rounds, primarily via indirect fire, and performs similarly to the Grad in terms of speed and range. The 8×8 steel-armored truck needs six crew members to operate it.
