1979 is the year

Lapalice Castle is not an old Polish castle, even if it may seem and sound like way. Built in 1979, this eerie-looking castle was originally meant to serve as the Polish artist Piotr Kazimierczak’s workshop. Lapalice was to be a magnificent manor, complete with a ballroom, twelve towers, a swimming pool, and ramparts, according to Piotr.

Unfortunately, Piotr ran out of money and lacked the necessary authorizations. He was forced to give up on Lapalice and leave its ruins in place. Even if Lapalice is in danger of collapsing, adventurers are still entering via its brick entrance gates to discover more.
