This misleading was uncovered by someone who, no doubt, had a lot of time on their hands (due to quarantine). After purchasing Raisin Bran cereal from Kellogg’s, one customer decided to check if the box’s “Two Scoops of Raisins” claim was accurate.

Thus, they laboriously separated the grains and the raisins. Following that, they weighed the raisins and discovered—spoiler alert—that Raisin Bran included just one scoop of raisins. Kellogg’s has not yet responded. One of Kellogg’s most well-known cereals, Raisin Bran, has been around since the 1940s and continues to be so despite this dishonest marketing.
