9. A Possum Skin Cloak
To Prince George, a gift
Contributed by: Gundungurra Tribal Council Aboriginal Corporation, Australia; approximate retail value: $20,000–$30,000
Prince George receives far more on his birthday than the average child, who hopes to receive a basic toy. In 2013, when Kate and Will welcomed their first child, he was showered with presents from well-wishers from all around the world.

The Gundungurra Tribal Council Aboriginal Corporation presented the 18-month-old with a possum skin cloak when his parents travelled to Australia the next year. Even though it’s not the Hasbro toy he was hoping for, given that comparable pieces have sold for between $20,000 and $30,000 at auction, it’s still a good deal.
