Boxing is a fantastic form of exercise and stress relief. One customer, however, discovered that because his punching bag was not precisely up to par, it actually made him more stressed. The buyer paid $20 for it “from China,” and it burst when he struck it too forcefully.

What was included within? All is OK, everything. There are fragments of fabric, perhaps remnants of whatever was left over from the production floor, and even bra cups. Typically, punching bags are meant to be loaded with rags, sand, or grains (and occasionally, air or water), but they also need to be strong enough to withstand repeated strikes.
