After purchasing a Toronto Blue Jays shirt from Sport Chek, a well-known sportswear website that offers jerseys, fan gear, and pretty much everything else, one Toronto fan was not at all impressed. The Jays jersey is now available for $53.97 on the website, down from $76.97 (perhaps as a result of the widely shared tweet).

The person who made the purchase discovered that her Jays jersey had a significant spelling mistake: Blue was spelled “B-L-E-U” rather than “B-L-U-E.” Sport Chek responded to her tweet with an apology and a request for the order number and contact details, presumably so that they might send a replacement jersey (along with maybe some other free stuff for her troubles).
