The dish soap loses its effectiveness and its ability to remove microorganisms once its expiration date has passed. You might as well use just water to wash your dishes.

Additionally, dish soap that has gone bad won’t make a good lather or clean your dishes. This one probably won’t have a big impact because dish soap doesn’t last very long once it’s opened unless you purchase a large amount.
