7. Peroxygen (perox)
Make sure your teeth aren’t overly sensitive before employing hydrogen peroxide. If everything is in order, just softly rub your teeth after dipping a cotton swab into the peroxide. However, because it can damage your enamel, it is not advised to use this whitening method frequently.
