Two blacktip sharks, also known as Charrachinus melanopterus, are depicted in the photo searching for fish by swimming around the tropical coral reefs.

Although the schools of fish are presumably unable to avoid the sharks for very long, they do relocate to allow them to pass. Images like the one taken by @obofili are significant because they bring attention to how beautiful the marine life is that inhabits these tropical reefs. Some of the world’s most endangered natural environments are these reefs.
