made in accordance with the coronation necklace, which had 26 big diamonds in it. 25 in the necklace and one 22.48-carat Lahore diamond drop stone. The stones used in these were extracted from other gems and reused for Queen Victoria in 1858.

There is a noticeable difference in size between the two diamond drop-down earrings, making them not exactly match. When comparing the 7 and 12-carat pear-shaped stones side by side, it is obvious that the shapes are not quite the same. The Queen has been pictured numerous times wearing this ensemble, which she still does.
