The Nimr, which means “tiger” in Arabic, is a family of APC cars. This particular APC is the product of a partnership between Nimr LLC and GAZ. It is in use by the United Arab Emirates and was made especially to survive military operations in the region’s arid, severe climate.

The Nimr JAIS class is available in two configurations: 4×4 and 6×6. It is resistant to temperatures ranging from 26 degrees below Fahrenheit to as high as 150 degrees Fahrenheit. Future operators could be Turkmenistan, Jordan, Algeria, Lebanon, Libya, and the Czech Republic, in addition to the UAE.
