San Francisco 49ers quarterback Colin Kaepernick was fined $10,000 in 2014 for disobeying the NFL’s exclusive sponsorship agreement with Bose by donning Beats by Dre headphones. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness, the contentious QB’s headphones had a vivid pink color that made them quite noticeable.

It is possible that Kaepernick was aware that he would incur penalties for his behavior, yet he nevertheless made the change.
