At a staggering 9.04 billion pounds, it is the heaviest building in the world and has a volume larger than the Great Pyramid of Giza. Only four hundred of the palace’s eleven hundred rooms have been finished, meaning that it is still unfinished.
But it does have a panic room that is completely furnished. Among its eight subterranean levels, the deepest is a nuclear bunker connected to the state’s principal institutions by more than twenty kilometers of underground tubes.
