The pure, unscripted moments of pet parenthood are what make it all worthwhile. Hanging On For Dear Life

It’s kind of hard to tell exactly what’s going on here and how this cat found itself in this position. Somehow it ended up hanging onto this shelf in the pantry. It’s not even that far of a fall, at least not for a cat. It could easily let go and be totally fine, but it looks like it’s hanging on the edge of a cliff about to fall to its doom.

Normally, we’d think it was trying to get to some snacks or something on the top shelf, but it looks like there are only some sauce packs and condiments up there.

This Cat Either Really Loves Or Really Hates Watermelon

When we saw the first couple of photos on here, we thought that maybe this kitten really enjoys snacking on some watermelon. However, it also kind of looks like it’s having a slight allergic reaction in the bottom photo. Either that or it’s just a really messy eater, but we’ve never known watermelon to stain lips that bad. It kind of looks like the cat has one red lipstick.

Then again, it could just be a slight allergic reaction, which would be a bit sadder. Luckily, if so, then it doesn’t look like it’s too bad, and the cat should be okay.

All The Elements Of A Good Photo

There are a couple of different principles out there that kind of help you take a really good photo. In this picture, you have two. The spirals show how the eyes are naturally drawn to certain points in the image. The second thing that makes this a great photo is the subject matter. You can’t beat a photo of kittens taking naps, especially not when they’re this darn cute.

You do have the one kitten on the bottom left trying to take a chunk out of its owner’s arm, but besides that, all the rest just look so peaceful.

Fluffy Kitten Or Giant Cheeseball?

Kittens are already really adorable, but when they sit in a fluffball like this, they’re almost irresistible. We just want to take a bite. Just kidding, that would be disturbing, but it does make us want to go and get a kitten of our own. It’d be like having a living fluffball just walking around and lounging at the house that you could play with and pet almost anytime you wanted.

We say almost because cats sometimes want to be admired from a distance. And if they look like this, then that’s totally fine. We could just give it some space and take photos like this all day long.

Everyone Is An Influencer Now

We’d have no problem with social media if all influencers were as adorable as this cat. It’s most likely just using the wooden post to scratch, but it still looks like it’s posing for a photo. We’re pretty sure we’ve seen humans make this same pose during photo shoots for certain sports-affiliated magazines. But we’d take this over that any day, and apparently, so would the people in this image taking photos.

Luckily, it looks like this kitty has the fur to endure all of the snow. In fact, it looks like it’s been eating pretty well, which leads us to believe it belongs to someone.

Most Boopable Face:

Whoever took this image had to have been holding back the urge to boop this kitten’s nose. It looks so serene and peaceful and even its little teeth are adorable. Hopefully, they didn’t actually wake this little guy up and let him sleep because it looks as though it’s enjoying its time. It has to be relaxed to be sleeping on its back like that with its mouth wide open.

We’ll never get tired of looking at photos of kittens sleeping, especially not close-up photos like this one. Luckily, cat owners don’t have to rely on photos when they have the real thing.

There’s Always One

If you’re lucky enough, then you’ll end up with a truly unique pet. We don’t mean like some kind of exotic animal. Instead, we mean like a normal pet with a truly unique personality. It’s easy to pick out that pet in this photo. The two cats on the left look completely normal, while the cat on the far right looks like it’s just a complete void in space.

It almost has the facial expression of a dog, with its tongue hanging out, and we wonder how well it gets along with the other cats. We’re sure they’re all the best of friends.

This Cat Is Going To Be A Star

We’re not sure what’s better about this photo, the fact that the kitten looks exactly like the one on the food pack or its crazy-looking smile. We’ve seen dogs smile, but we’ve never seen a grin this big from a cat. It almost looks like it might be starting to growl, but we’re sure that’s not the case. It’s probably just happy to see its own face on the food pack.

Honestly, we like the real cat’s facial expression more than the kitten that’s on the pack. It’s unique and one of a kind. This kitten might have a bright future ahead if they can get a hold of whoever does the company’s branding.

Someone Is Feeling Great Today

This is another case of a photographer with really great timing. In reality, this cat was probably about to take something out with its murder mittens, but the photographer managed to capture this picture at just the right moment. Now, it looks as though this cat is dancing or about to declare to the world how great of a day it really is. Either way, it’s a charming shot and the cat’s facial expression is also kind of unique.

It also makes us kind of wish that cats could actually walk on their hind legs like this. How great would it be to see a group of cats all posing like this in real life?

‘No, Take It Like This Human’

This kitten is about to seriously scratch up that screen. But it’s all going to be worth it to get the right shot. Why would a cat want to take a selfie, you might ask? For plenty of reasons. Maybe it needs a new Tinder photo, or maybe it just wants to throw something on social media. Either way, we’re down for it so long as someone captures a photo and posts it on the internet.

If you look closely, it also looks like the cat just did a complete turnaround while lying there on the couch. It must’ve sensed someone was taking a picture.
