Blake Lively has given us some stunning red carpet appearances over the years, donning gowns by some of the world’s most popular designers. The burgundy Gucci dress she wore to Cannes in 2014 drew a lot of attention due to its thigh-high split.

It’s unclear how much the Gucci dress cost, but given the high-end nature of the brand, we can confidently assume it was more than $1,000. AliExpress’ version was substantially cheaper, and while it isn’t the worst we’ve seen, it also isn’t very close to the original.
